LifeGroups

LifeGroups

God gives us the privilege to grow spiritually by growing among one another, giving each person the attention they require and deserve. LifeGroups are about doing life together. At Oasis, we believe that community is the greatest environment to facilitate spiritual growth. A LifeGroup is simply a group of people that gathers once a week to discuss and intentionally commit to spiritual growth. The purpose of our LifeGroup ministry is to create an authentic environment where you can grow spiritually by doing life together.

A LIFEGROUP IS...

  • A supportive community of real people that builds genuine friendships.
  • A supportive community that faces the challenges and struggles of life together.
  • A supportive community that experiences personal and spiritual growth and transformation.
  • A supportive community that serves together to impact our world.

Contact Teresa O'Brien at tobrien@oasischurch.org to get connected to a LifeGroup today!

UPSTREET Kids

UPSTREET Kids

UPSTREET TAKES PLACE DURING OUR SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE

We believe that children are capable of having their very own relationship with God through His Son, Jesus.

Upstreet is our Sunday morning children’s program for infants through 5th grade.

It is our goal to create a safe, relational, relevant and exciting environment for spiritual growth. We do this through Bible lessons, music, crafts, Scripture memory and games as we try to help kids learn how to use what they are learning to better love and serve God and others.

C5 Youth

C5 Youth

C5 YOUTH MEETS EVERY WEDNESDAY NIGHT FROM 7:00PM-8:30PM

Students will experience God's love for them in a way that is real, relevant, relaxed, and relational.

We strive to make our group feel small and more personal for your teenager through small groups, ministry events, student leadership opportunities, retreats, activities, and more. We want your student to find a home at C5!

If the idea of church is new to your son or daughter, they'll definitely want to come to one of our Wednesday night gatherings. Each week we gather together for an action-packed service that includes music, games, videos, a fun lesson and more. We hope to be a place for your student to relax, have fun, learn from God's word and build relationships.

For more information, contact Pastor Josh Galletta at jgalletta@oasischurch.org.

Oasis Arts

Oasis Arts

We believe in a creative God. We believe that God created us to be creative, too. OasisArts is a collective in our community where artists can be celebrated, where they can work toward the development of their gifts, and where their creativity is allowed to shape the cultural experience at Oasis. If you are an artist, there's a lot you can be a part of! There are LifeGroups, Meetups, First Friday events, Worship/Ministry teams, service production and more!

Impact

LET'S SERVE TOGETHER

Impact

LET'S SERVE TOGETHER

We believe that inner transformation leads to outward change, which leads to inner transformation...

Impact is one way our community follows the mandate of Christ to take care of those around us. We encourage our community to take the tangible love of Christ out of the church and into those we live with every day.

DIRTY HANDS

Dirty Hands is Oasis' ministry for identifying and meeting needs in our community. If you have a need or are able to help meet a need, Dirty Hands is a great place to start.

HAVE A NEED?

Sometimes it can be a hard thing to ask for help, but we are here to make it easier. If you have a need, follow the link to fill out the form and we will work to find someone to meet your need.

MEET A NEED

We all have stuff we do well. Dirty Hands can connect the stuff you do well with people who need help with that stuff. Join our email list to be notified of needs you may be able to meet:

SECOND SATURDAY

We believe we are meant to have an impact on the community in which we live. Second Saturdays are service days dedicated to serving those in the Lakeland community. For more information contact Josh Galletta at jgalletta@oasischurch.org.

YOUTH ARTS PROGRAM

The Prodigy Cultural Arts Program is a research proven, diversion, intervention and prevention project that provides a safe arena where children ages 7-17 learn communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills through the visual and performing arts.

Prodigy utilizes a Positive Youth Development Model and employs an asset-based design that views each child as having inherent skills, talents, and abilities to be nurtured and developed. The visual and performing arts classes are an enjoyable way for youth to avoid delinquent behavior and to develop positive life skills.
